We’re now hiring for two important staff positions: Food Truck Manager and Assistant Restaurant Manager. The Food Truck Manager will be responsible for the operation and upkeep of our Scratch Cuisine Food Truck including, but not limited to, duties such as: filling propane/gas, preparing food for events, managing an employee, finding events, inventory and restocking. The Restaurant Assistant Manager is a hybrid position between working the floor, by running the bar during daytime shifts, and running the restaurant. It also includes closing down the restaurant on some nights (including server check-outs and minor accounting work).
