At Petite Violette, our customers are the most important part of our business. As a result, we always practice strict sanitation and Health Department procedures. And, with the COVID-19 pandemic in full force, we have implemented the following additional safety procedures:
- A thorough review of health code policy with all employees, in particular stressing hand washing procedures and frequency.
- Disinfecting each table and chair in between each seating.
- Disinfecting door knobs, handles and other commonly touched surfaces every 15-30 min.
- Removing salt & pepper shakers, sweeteners, etc. from the tables so as to avoid constant touching and making them available upon request, after cleaning.
- Hand sanitizer available for everyone at the front desk.
- Hand sanitizer station in the kitchen for employees.
