Does your New Year’s resolution include trying something new or eating healthy? If so, then try our Wild Game Festival Menu! This popular limited-time menu features an exotic appetizer and entrees using bison and venison, which are lower in calories and fat than traditional beef. We’ll have the special menu, along with our regular dinner menu, every evening during dinner, from 4:30 to 9 p.m., from Friday, January 31st, through Saturday, February 8th. The Wild Game Festival Menu starts with the Venison Three Ways appetizer. This dish includes venison meatballs in a creamy game sauce, a venison skewer and venison chili. It is a great sampler to share with the table. Entrees include Venison Stroganoff, comprised of thinly sliced venison loin seared in a light cream sauce, topped with oyster, shiitake and beech mushrooms on a bed of homemade spätzle. The menu also boasts bison in the form of either a Bison Burger or Bison Bourguignon, slow-braised bison short rib served with pommes puree, carrots, shiitake mushrooms, pearl onions and cabernet game sauce.
