Murder, Mystery, and Mayhem: HELL’S KILLER KITCHEN

Murder, Mystery, and Mayhem: HELL’S KILLER KITCHEN

Featuring the all-star production, cast, and crew formerly of Agatha’s: A Taste of Mystery, Murder, Mystery, and Mayhem at Petite Violette is an interactive murder mystery dinner unlike any other. The event showcases unique, original, hilarious murder mysteries with live professional actors and audience participation, paired with a four-course dinner of fine French food (hors d’oeuvres, salad, choice of entrée, and dessert, plus coffee and iced tea). Shows run on Friday and Saturday nights at 7:00 p.m. (check-in begins at 6:30 p.m.). The cost per person is $75 plus tax and gratuity. Seating is family-style, so guests get a chance to sit with the star of the show.

Brookhaven’s premiere French restaurant Petite Violette is turning 50! To celebrate, renowned chef Gordon Slamsey and some of his famous celebrity chefs are hosting a culinary competition for the ages!

They will test the knowledge, dedication and knife skills of wannabe cooks. And one lucky contestant will win $150,000 and fulfill their dream of becoming the new executive chef at Petite’s soon-to-open sister restaurant, “The Itty-Bitty Bistro!”

There’s just one problem, someone in this kitchen is serving their dishes with a side of “murder!”  Will anyone have what it takes to survive this “cutthroat kitchen” and not end up getting “chopped?”  One thing is for sure, you’re going to need to be able to do more than bake, braise or boil to survive all this butchery!  Join us every Friday and Saturday night as Murder, Mystery, and Mayhem presents “Hell’s Killer Kitchen”.

In addition to an evening of music, you’ll enjoy a gourmet four-course dinner with wine, leaving you with an evening to remember. Your dinner will include a sampling of premium hors d’ oeuvres, fresh salad, choice of two gourmet entrees, decadent dessert, hot coffee/tea, and two glasses of fine wine, all for only $75 per person (plus tax and gratuity). Hors d’oeuvres and a cash bar open at 6:15 p.m., and the dinner and show start promptly at 7:00 p.m. Make reservations on our home page.

“Actress Adrienne Lecouvreur may be admired and loved by many, but she only has eyes for one: Maurizio, the Count of Saxony, to whom she gifts a bouquet of violets to show her love before going on stage. Maurizio, however, is also having an affair with the Princess de Bouillon, which he tries to break off in order to be with Adrienne. The two women soon become mutually suspicious, realizing the other to be in love with Maurizio as well. Feelings of jealousy and anger build up until a ferocious confrontation breaks out between them. Believing Maurizio to be lost to her, a distraught Adrienne refuses to go back on stage and declines to celebrate her name day with her theatre troupe. In her solitude, is Adrienne now most vulnerable to an attack fueled by the Princess’ malice? Or might Maurizio show up to save the day?”

Dinner and a Diva: Adriana Lecouvreur is sponsored by Ron Kite and Laura Brookshire.
