We're excited to share the happy news that we're re-opening the restaurant for dine-in seating, beginning on Thursday, May 7th. We're looking forward to seeing lots of familiar faces return, as we get back to business serving lunch (11:30am-4pm) and dinner (4-9pm) Mondays through Fridays and dinner on Saturdays. When we re-open, we'll be following all of the Governor's guidelines and CDC recommendations, to the letter. We're fortunate to have multiple dining and banquet rooms, as well as an outdoor patio, in which to seat people while social distancing. Our cleaning and sanitizing procedures will remain as stringent as always, with all of the extra precautions we began taking last month and those added by the CDC since then. We are excited to once again serve you in our dining room, safely, with the same great customer service you've come to expect from Petite Violette.

Strict Re-opening Protocols

At Petite Violette, you--our guests--are the most important part of our business. As a result, we have always practiced strict sanitation and followed all Health Department procedures. For our anticipated re-opening on Thursday, May 7th, we conducted a deep clean of the entire restaurant. We will now implement the following additional safety protocols (among many others) to ensure that we keep our Guests and Staff safe:

Healthy Team Members:

-No staff with fever or other COVID-19 symptoms allowed in the building.

-All staff will wear gloves and masks while working.

-A thorough review of health code policy, stressing hand washing procedures and frequency.

-A hand sanitizer station in the kitchen.

Guest Safety:

-Social Distance Seating in our multiple dining rooms with required safe space between guests.

-Hand sanitizer available for everyone at the front desk, throughout the restaurant, and in bathrooms.

-Single-use paper menus for ordering.

-Silverware rolled in napkins and placed in plastic covering, to avoid contamination.

Restaurant Cleanliness:

-Each table and chair disinfected in between each and every seating.

-Door knobs, handles, and other commonly touched surfaces disinfected every 15-30 min.

-Salt & pepper shakers, sweeteners, etc. removed from tables, available upon request after cleaning.

We hope this information answers all of your concerns, but if you have any questions at all, please do not hesitate to ask us via phone, email, Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter. We appreciate your support during these unprecedented times, so very much!
