Boar's Head Feast with the Madrigal Singers

The Boar’s Head Feast is the annual holiday show featuring The Capitol City Opera Madrigal Singers, an a capella vocal ensemble which specializes in secular and sacred music spanning the centuries. Attendees enjoy a four-course meal fit for a French royal of the Renaissance age and see our Madrigal Singers perform Christmas carols, holidays hits, other lively tunes, in period costume! Your dinner will include hors d’ oeuvres, fresh salad, choice of two gourmet entrees, decadent dessert, coffee/tea, and two glasses of wine, all for only $75 per person (plus taxes and fees). Hors d’oeuvres and a cash bar open at 6:15 p.m., and the dinner and show start promptly at 7:00 p.m. Shows run on Monday, December 16th, Tuesday December 17th, and Thursday, December 19th. Weeknight shows added for Die Hard Candy Christmas

Due to popular demand, two weeknight shows have been added to the Murder, Mystery, and Mayhem calendar. Our all-new 2024 holiday show “Die Hard Candy Christmas” runs Friday and Saturday nights through Saturday, December 28th, plus two special weeknight shows: Thursday, December 12th and Monday, December 23rd!

DIE HARD CANDY CHRISTMAS

All North Pole Detective John McCandycane wants to do is reconcile with his estranged wife, singing sensation Holly Dolly Partridge Innapeartree. Unfortunately, it’s his bad luck to arrive on Christmas Eve just as a band of crazed misfit toys takes over Santa’s brand-new toy workshop, the 35-story high-rise, Santatomi Plaza. 

Now workers have been bumped off, elves have been taken hostage, and Santa himself has been kidnapped! Could the whole attack be an inside job? Or a twisted prank from a demented Jokester? Mccandycane is alone, tired—and the only chance anyone has got—but he must single-handedly solve the murders, stop the misfit toys, find the inside contact (or contacts), make up with his wife—and maybe, just maybe—save the Holidays!

Our dinner special Sole Florentine features shallow-poached Lemon Sole served over creamed spinach and topped with a Morney cream sauce. This succulent fish dish is accompanied by pommes puree and sautéed grape tomatoes. Available Saturday, November 9th through next Saturday, for only $36.

THANKSGIVING SPECIAL MENU

Join us for a special holiday Thanksgiving Day Menu, served at lunch and dinner, on Thursday, November 28, with seatings from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. The four-course holiday meal features a choice of each of hot seasonal soup, crisp fresh salad, traditional turkey or other everyday gourmet entrée and decadent dessert. Menus range from $59.95 to $79.95 per adult. Petite Violette also offers a perfectly portioned kids’ menu for $9.95 that includes soup or salad, choice of entrée (turkey plate, spaghetti or chicken fingers) and choice of chocolate mousse or pumpkin pie for dessert.
